In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Paramus Catholic Paladins basketball team scored a good 48-37 triumph over the Pascack Hills Broncos.
The Paladins (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Ramsey was toppled by Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ), 49-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Broncos confront the Ridgefield Park Scarlets (Ridgefield Park, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. Pascack Hills will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Scarlets go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 36-31 non-league win over Westwood (Washington Township, NJ).
