The Hoggard Vikings basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Northern Guilford Nighthawks to 56 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now have a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside-Durham for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Hoggard will confront a Pirates team coming off a 34-32 non-league loss to Person (Roxboro, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Northern Guilford falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host Watauga (Boone, NC) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 4-1. Watauga won 74-26 in their recent non-league game against North Wilkes (Hays, NC)
