Pearl Pirates (Pearl, MS) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting McComb Tigers (McComb, MS), 10-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Pearl moves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Pirates host Stone (Wiggins, MS) to clash with the Tomcats in a non-league test on Friday, January 3. The Tomcats come into the test with a record of 8-5. Stone won 5-0 in their recent league test against Laurel (Laurel, MS)

The Tigers now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lawrence County for a 4A Region 6 test on Tuesday, January 7.
