The Rowland Hall Winged Lions basketball squad (Salt Lake City, UT), was outscored 36-26 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Ben Lomond Scots (Ogden, UT)

The Scots (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Merit Preparatory Academy (Springville, UT). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Merit Preparatory Academy dropped by Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT), 39-21, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Winged Lions encounter the American Prep WV Eagles (West Valley City, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 20. Rowland Hall will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 44-20 league win over Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams (Lehi, UT).
