The Reno Huskies nipped the host Red Mountain Mountain Lions basketball squad by a final score of 34-30 in Friday's non-league game.

The Huskies now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain View for a non-league game on Saturday, December 20. Reno will confront a Toros team coming off a 63-35 non-league win over Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Toros record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Red Mountain falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to Dobson (Mesa, AZ) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 20. The Mustangs enter the outing with a record of 4-5. Dobson won 38-35 in their recent non-league outing against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO)
