California High School Basketball - Taft edges Crenshaw

The Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) basketball nipped the host Crenshaw Cougars (Los Angeles, CA), 34-33 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Toreadors (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets go into the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Westchester was tipped by Windward (Los Angeles, CA), 74-58, in a non-league test.

The Cougars now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host View Park for a non-league test on Saturday, December 4. Crenshaw will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 37-29 non-league loss to Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA). The Knights record now stands at 1-3.
