The Mercedes Tigers basketball team (Mercedes, TX), dropped 70-58 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Bishop Badgers (Bishop, TX)

The Badgers now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cole for a non-league battle on Friday, December 2. Bishop will confront a Cougars team coming off a 64-35 non-league loss to Madison (San Antonio, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-6.

The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Harlingen (Harlingen, TX). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, Harlingen dropped by Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX), 52-43, in a non-league battle.
