The Lemont Lemont HS basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals to 42 in the Lemont HS league triumph on Friday.

The Lemont HS now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richards for a South Suburban contest on Tuesday, December 6. Lemont will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-47 league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.

The Cardinals (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL). The Hawks enter the South Suburban contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Hillcrest ran past Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL), 69-53, in a league contest.
