Brainerd Panthers (Chattanooga, TN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN), 70-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Brainerd upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Panthers host Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN) to play the Patriots in a 2A District 4 bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Pioneers play the Chattanooga Central Pounders (Harrison, TN) in a 3A District 6 bout, on Tuesday, December 6. East Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
