Valliant Bulldogs (Valliant, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Calera Bulldogs (Calera, OK), 56-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Valliant upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Antlers (Antlers, OK) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Colbert Leopards (Colbert, OK) in a Bryan County bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Calera will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
