Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ephrata Tigers (Ephrata, WA), 68-65 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chelan upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mountain Goats host Quincy (Quincy, WA) to play the Jackrabbits in a 1A Caribou Trail bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Jackrabbits go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Quincy won 71-43 in their recent non-league bout against Manson (Manson, WA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Ephrata will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
