The Meridian Bobcats basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Cobden Appleknockers to 35 in the Bobcats league victory on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dongola for a South Egyptian contest on Tuesday, December 6.

The Appleknockers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Agape Christian (Energy, IL). The Knights come into the South Egyptian contest with a 2-3 record.
