Morris Central Mustangs (Morris, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Deposit-Hancock (Deposit, NY), 64-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Morris Central upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Roscoe Central (Roscoe, NY) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the play the Greene Trojans (Greene, NY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Deposit-Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 54-36 non-league win over Gilbertsville-Mt. Upton (Gilbertsville, NY).
