University Prep Value Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA), 55-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, University Prep Value upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Wolves travel to Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA) to play the Hunters in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Hunters go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Canoga Park lost 74-50 in their recent non-league bout against North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the Chavez Eagles (San Fernando, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Lakeview Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 59-47 non-league loss to Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA).
