Milledgeville Missiles (Milledgeville, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Stockton Blackhawks (Stockton, IL), 49-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Milledgeville upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Missiles travel to Morrison (Morrison, IL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Morrison won 69-45 in their recent non-league bout against Wethersfield (Kewanee, IL)

Next up, the Blackhawks play the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Stockton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
