Nevada High School Basketball - Mineral County routs Sierra Lutheran

In Friday's non-league outing, the Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV), by a count of 72-50.

The Serpents (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Pershing County was crushed by Virginia City (Virginia City, NV), 66-43, in a non-league outing.

The Falcons now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Smith Valley for a non-league outing on Friday, December 2. Sierra Lutheran will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 56-33 non-league loss to Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
