In Friday's non-league outing, the Willow Lions (New Orleans, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Morris Jeff Community Pelicans (New Orleans, LA), by a margin of 68-44.
The Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA). The Swamp Owls go into the 4A District 9 outing with a 0-9 record.
