The Union Area Scotties (New Castle, PA) football overcame the visiting Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA), 46-36 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Scotties face the Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers (Steelton, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Union Area will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record.
