Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the American Leadership Academy Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ) and the host Maricopa Rams (Maricopa, AZ), witnessed American Leadership Academy's basketball squad beat Maricopa by a margin of 41-28.

The Patriots (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Apache Junction (Apache Junction, AZ). The Prospectors go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record.

The Rams now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sunnyslope for a non-league test on Friday, December 9.
