Arizona High School Basketball - Skyline trounces Apache Junction

December 2, 2022: Mesa, AZ 85208

The Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ), 61-13 in Friday's non-league test.

The Coyotes (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Alhambra was trounced by West Point (Avondale, AZ), 49-23, in a non-league test.

The Prospectors now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Thunderbird for a non-league test on Monday, December 5. Apache Junction will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 52-26 non-league win over Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.
