Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV), 37-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bishop Union upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to play the Greenwave in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Greenwave come into the bout with a record of 3-0. Churchill County won 56-5 in their recent non-league bout against Incline (Incline Village, NV)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Smith Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Longhorns come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 54-31 non-league win over Bishop Union (Bishop, CA).
