    • Texas High School Basketball - Taylor ripped by Cedar Ridge

    The Cedar Ridge Raiders basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Taylor Ducks to 21 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.

    The Raiders now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Round Rock for a 6A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, December 6. Cedar Ridge will meet a Dragons team coming off a 51-26 non-league win over Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 12-1.

    The Ducks (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lampasas (Lampasas, TX). The Badgers enter the non-league contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Lampasas triumphed over El Paso (El Paso, TX), 54-32, in a non-league contest.
