Humble Wildcats (Humble, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX), 38-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Humble upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to King (Houston, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 6A Region III District 21 bout on Friday, December 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 12-1. King won 45-38 in their recent non-league bout against Killeen (Killeen, TX)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Ridge Point will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 49-47 non-league loss to Foster (Richmond, TX).
