The Huntington Red Devils basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Nacogdoches Dragons to 24 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lufkin for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3.

The Dragons (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hallsville (Hallsville, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Hallsville was routed by Pearce (Richardson, TX), 53-51, in a non-league contest.
