With the victory, Quitman upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Pearce (Richardson, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Pearce won 53-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Hallsville (Hallsville, TX)

Next up, the Lobos play the Carthage Bulldogs (Carthage, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Longview will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 45-31 non-league win over Livingston (Livingston, TX).
