California High School Basketball - Ripon can't hold off Merced

The Merced Bears basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the host Ripon Indians to 33 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Delhi for a non-league contest on Monday, December 5. Merced will battle a Hawks team coming off a 58-16 non-league loss to Ceres (Ceres, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
The Indians (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against San Mateo (San Mateo, CA). The Bearcats come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, San Mateo was nudged by Beyer (Modesto, CA), 47-36, in a non-league contest.
