Florida High School Basketball - Pace holds off Milton

December 2, 2022: Pace, FL 32571

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Pace Patriots (Pace, FL) and the visiting Milton Panthers (Milton, FL), saw Pace's basketball squad hold off Milton by a tally of 39-33.

With the victory, Pace improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Gulf Breeze (Gulf Breeze, FL) to confront the Dolphins in a 6A District 1 challenge on Monday, December 5. The Dolphins come into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Gulf Breeze won 52-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Pensacola Christian Academy (Pensacola, FL)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Walton Braves (DeFuniak Springs, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 5. Milton will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 37-27 non-league loss to Holmes County (Bonifay, FL).
