Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Smithson Valley Rangers (Spring Branch, TX), 51-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Round Rock upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Dragons host Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX) to play the Raiders in a 6A Region IV District 25 bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Cedar Ridge won 75-21 in their recent non-league bout against Taylor (Taylor, TX)

Next up, the Rangers play the Antonian Prep Apaches (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Smithson Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Apaches go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 56-50 non-league win over New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX).
