The St. Cecilia Academy Scarabs basketball team (Nashville, TN), dropped 91-75 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN)

The Gryphons now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to First Assembly Christian for a Division II-A West District 6 battle on Tuesday, December 6. St. George's will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 43-31 non-league win over St. Mary's Episcopal (Memphis, TN). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-1.

The Scarabs (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Harpeth Hall (Nashville, TN). The Honeybears come into the Division II-AA Middle battle with a 1-1 record.
