West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host University Trojans (Waco, TX), 51-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Mesquite upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Wranglers travel to Saginaw (Saginaw, TX) to play the Rough Riders in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Saginaw won 66-44 in their recent non-league bout against Burleson (Burleson, TX)

Next up, the Trojans play the Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Elks go into the bout with a 0-11 record after their 66-44 non-league loss to Saginaw (Saginaw, TX).
