In Friday's non-league outing, the Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) basketball squad nipped the host Brunswick Pirates (Brunswick, GA), by a margin of 46-41.

The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Veterans (Kathleen, GA). The Warhawks go into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.

The Pirates now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Richmond Hill for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 6. Brunswick will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 32-10 non-league win over Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
