The Galena Grizzlies basketball team scored 32 points and held the host Spring Creek Spartans to 12 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Valleys for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Galena will battle a Panthers team coming off a 37-28 non-league win over McQueen (Reno, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Damonte Ranch was defeated by McQueen (Reno, NV), 43-8, in a league contest.
