Nevada High School Basketball - Lowry can't hold off Reno

The Reno Huskies basketball team scored 25 points and held the visiting Lowry Buckaroos to 23 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Manogue for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Reno will battle a Miners team coming off a 50-17 non-league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Miners record now stands at 2-0.
The Buckaroos (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Lassen was nudged by Modoc (Alturas, CA), 40-34, in a non-league contest.
