Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy Eagle (Albuquerque, NM), 78-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tohatchi upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Zuni (Zuni, NM) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Eagle clash with the Thoreau Hawks (Thoreau, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
