Foothill Mustangs (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA), 70-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Yuba City (Yuba City, CA) to play the Honkers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Honkers go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Yuba City lost 73-42 in their recent non-league bout against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Huskies play the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Sutter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Hillmen go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 74-33 non-league loss to Enterprise (Redding, CA).
