North Carolina High School Basketball - South Stanly can't hold off Southwestern Randolph

The Southwestern Randolph Cougars basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls to 38 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Davidson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Southwestern Randolph will battle a Black Knights team coming off a 41-27 non-league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 3-0.

The Rowdy Rebel Bulls (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
