The Sheridan Yellowjackets basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Abundant Life Owls to 35 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hot Springs for a 5A South contest on Tuesday, December 5. Sheridan will meet a Trojans team coming off a 44-40 non-league loss to Watson Chapel (Pine Bluff, AR). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.

The Owls (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southwest Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR). The Lions enter the Freelance contest with a 1-1 record.
