The Bridge City Cardinals basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Anahuac Panthers to 46 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cardinals now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port Neches-Groves for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Bridge City will battle a Indians team coming off a 75-74 non-league win over Pasadena (Pasadena, TX). The Indians record now stands at 3-2.

The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Warren (Warren, TX). The Warriors come into the 3A Region III District 22 contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Warren was routed by Splendora (Splendora, TX), 62-40, in a non-league contest.
