The Huckabay Indians (Stephenville, TX) basketball crushed the host Anson Tigers (Anson, TX), 50-21 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Lipan (Lipan, TX). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Lipan was trounced by Childress (Childress, TX), 46-44, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to De Leon for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5. Anson will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 53-37 non-league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-4.
