Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Oaks Christian Lions (Westlake Village, CA), 96-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Clovis West upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Golden Eagles host South (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 6-0. South won 56-26 in their recent non-league bout against Atascadero (Atascadero, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the Bishop Diego Cardinals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Oaks Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 47-43 non-league win over Nordhoff (Ojai, CA).
