Ohio High School Basketball - East can't hold off Woodridge

The Woodridge Bulldogs basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting East Dragons to 62 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coventry for a Metro contest on Tuesday, December 5. Woodridge will battle a Comets team coming off a 61-58 non-league win over Manchester (Akron, OH). The Comets record now stands at 1-0.

The Dragons (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against North (Akron, OH). The Vikings enter the Akron City contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, North was nudged by East (Youngstown, OH), 87-24, in a non-league contest.
