Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Glenn Bobcats (Bay City, MI), 64-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mt. Pleasant upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Oilers host Cadillac (Cadillac, MI) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Cadillac won 68-33 in their recent league bout against Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Midland Chemics (Midland, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Glenn will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Chemics come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 46-43 non-league loss to Petoskey (Petoskey, MI).
