In Saturday's non-league match, the host Shonto Prep Grizzlies basketball team scored a good 45-26 triumph over the Grand Canyon Phantoms.

In their next game, the Grizzlies meet the Many Farms Lobos (Many Farms, AZ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 2. Shonto Prep will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Lobos enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 71-55 league loss to St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ).
