Lab University Prep Lab Rats (Charlotte, NC) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host HA Prep Academy Kings (Durham, NC), 81-71 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lab University Prep upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Lab Rats host TPLS Christian Academy (Richmond, VA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 1-1. TPLS Christian Academy lost 64-47 in their recent non-league bout against Harrisonburg HomeSchool (Harrisonburg, VA)

Next up, the Kings play the DC International Dragons (Washington, DC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. HA Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 65-42 non-league loss to Eastern (Washington, DC).
