Har-Ber Wildcats (Springdale, AR) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Little Rock Southwest Gryphons (Little Rock, AR), 61-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Har-Ber upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Central (Little Rock, AR) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Central won 65-48 in their recent non-league bout against West Memphis (West Memphis, AR)

Next up, the Gryphons play the Mills University Studies Comets (Little Rock, AR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Little Rock Southwest will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 79-77 non-league loss to North Little Rock (North Little Rock, AR).
