Immanuel Eagles (Reedley, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Sierra Pacific Golden Bears (Hanford, CA), 58-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Immanuel upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Dinuba (Dinuba, CA) to play the Emperors in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Emperors come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Dinuba won 77-47 in their recent non-league bout against Enochs (Modesto, CA)

Next up, the Golden Bears play the Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Sierra Pacific will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
