The Zion-Benton Zee-Bees basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Lake Forest Academy Caxys to 44 in the Zee-Bees non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Zee-Bees now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mundelein for a North Suburban contest on Wednesday, December 6. Zion-Benton will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 55-42 non-league loss to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-4.

The Caxys (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Francis W. Parker (Chicago, IL). The Colonels enter the Independent School contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Francis W. Parker was defeated by Northridge (Niles, IL), 77-50, in a league contest.
