With the victory, Maine East upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Blue Demons host Maine West (Des Plaines, IL) to play the Warriors in a Central Suburban - North challenge on Friday, December 8. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Maine West lost 64-47 in their recent league challenge against Niles North (Skokie, IL)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Wheeling will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Fillies/Broncos come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 45-43 league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL).
