The Mercer Mustangs basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Riverside Panthers to 35 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilmington for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Mercer will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 51-25 non-league loss to Laurel (New Castle, PA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-1.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ambridge (Ambridge, PA). The Bridgers enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.
