In Saturday's non-league match, the host Stagg Chargers basketball team scored a good 52-41 triumph over the Minooka Indians.
In their next game, the Chargers meet the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban - Red match, on Friday, December 8. Stagg will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 70-54 non-league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL).
With the defeat, Minooka moves to 2-5 on the year. The Indians host Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to meet the Tigers in a SouthWest Prairie match on Tuesday, December 5. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 4-3. Plainfield North won 74-54 in their recent non-league match against Aurora East (Aurora, IL)
